AMPANG, Oct 29 — Tengku Permaisuri of Selangor Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin graced the Stray Free Selangor programme in conjunction with World Animal Day 2022 at the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) today.
